Here’s what happens during busy season: Kathmandu airport gets busier than a Starbucks on Monday morning, so flights get rerouted to Manthali. That means we pick you up at 12:30 AM (yes, middle of the night – think of it as the start of your adventure!) for a 5-hour drive, then a quick 20-minute flight to Lukla.
Is it a pain? A little. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Plus, you’ll have great stories about your “Nepal experience” before you even start trekking!
Direct flights from Kathmandu! We’ll pick you up around 5 AM for a 40-minute scenic flight that’ll give you your first taste of those mountain views.
