Itinerary

  • Morning: Depart from Kathmandu early in the morning for a 3.5-hour scenic drive along the Araniko Highway. The road offers stunning views of terraced farmlands, mountain landscapes, and deep valleys as you approach Lamosangu, the starting point for the rafting adventure.
  • Midday: Upon arrival at Lamosangu, you’ll be briefed by the rafting guides on safety measures, rafting techniques, and what to expect from the river. After a quick practice session, you’ll begin your rafting adventure on the Bhotekoshi River.
  • Afternoon: Start rafting through the lower section of the river. The rapids here are moderate, giving you a chance to get used to the feel of the river. This section is perfect for warming up before tackling the more intense rapids ahead. Raft through the stunning gorges, surrounded by dense forests and towering mountains. The scenery adds to the excitement as you navigate through a series of thrilling rapids.
